This Privacy Policy explains what information Monarch Roofing & Construction (“Monarch,” “we,” “us”) collects through monarchroofing-nj.com, how we use it, who helps us process it, and how long we keep it. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us
Free Inspection & Estimate form
When you request a free inspection or estimate, we collect:
- Your full name, ZIP code, phone number and email address
- The address where service is needed (optional)
- The service you need and a description of your project (optional)
- A preferred date and time (optional; this is a request only, not a booking)
- Any photos you choose to attach (optional; see “Photo uploads” below)
Along with your request, our form software automatically records the page you submitted it from, the page that referred you to our site (if your browser provides it), your IP address, and basic browser and device information. We use this to understand where requests come from and to help prevent spam and abuse.
Contact page message form
The message form on our Contact page collects your name, email address and message. It is sent by email to our business inbox only. It is not saved in our website database. To protect against abuse, the website briefly keeps an anonymized (hashed) version of your IP address for about 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions.
Phone calls, texts and email
If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share with us, such as your phone number, email address and the details of your project.
Photo uploads
You may attach up to 5 photos to an inspection request. When you upload a photo, our website:
- Checks that the file is an image (up to 10 MB each) and re-saves it at a maximum of 2,000 pixels on the longest side
- Removes embedded photo metadata, including camera details and GPS location
- Stores the photo privately, outside the public part of the website, so it cannot be opened by a public link. Only our logged-in website administrators can view it.
- Automatically deletes photos that were uploaded but never submitted with a request, after about 24 hours
Please only upload photos of the property and the work area. Avoid photos that show people, documents or other personal details.
Online appointment booking
After you submit an inspection request, you can choose an appointment time using a Google Calendar booking page embedded on our site. Information you enter there, such as your name and email address, is collected and processed by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy, and the appointment details are shared with us so we can schedule your visit.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, contact you, schedule inspections and prepare estimates
- To perform the work you hire us for, and to keep records of that work
- To understand which pages and services people ask about, so we can improve our website and services
- To protect our website and our business from spam, fraud and abuse
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers we use
We share information only as needed with companies that help us run our website and business:
- Hostinger: website hosting, caching and delivery of form notification emails
- Google: our business email (Gmail), appointment booking (Google Calendar) and the map on our website (Google Maps)
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
Our website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking tools. We may add a website analytics service, such as Google Analytics, to measure visits and form submissions. If we do, we will update this policy before or when it goes live, and we will not send your name, email address, phone number or street address to the analytics service.
Some pages include content from other websites, such as the Google Maps map and the Google Calendar booking page. That content behaves as if you visited the other website directly. Those providers may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies. Links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp) take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
- Inspection & estimate requests and their photos stored on our website are automatically and permanently deleted 24 months after submission. The exception is a request we mark to keep because it became a job, which we keep with our project records for as long as needed for warranty, legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Uploaded photos that are never submitted are deleted after about 24 hours.
- Contact page messages are not stored on the website.
- Emails that we receive, including form notifications, stay in our business email account for as long as we need them for business records. They are not automatically deleted on the schedule above.
How we protect information
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form entries and photos are accessible only to our logged-in administrators. Our forms use spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing monarchroofingnj@gmail.com or calling (551) 241-0470. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may also keep some information when we are required to by law, or when we need it for an active job, a warranty, or our tax and accounting records.
Children
Our website is intended for adults seeking home-improvement services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
